I imagine that BK, Super 8 and Waffle House will have to relocate also. I don't see those places fitting into to the overall plan of the new shopping center.

It depends who the owner of the property is. It is obvious Burger King does not own the property and would relocate as Spinx will be relocating. If Super 8 and Waffle House are on property that will be part of Bass Pro Shops, relocating would be obvious.

Excluding Waffle House and QuikTrip, I do not see these businesses locating adjacently to Bass Pro Shops.
Cracker Barrel has a store in Duncan, located three miles northbound along Interstate 85 on exit 63 (South Carolina 290). I would not mind seeing them open a store in Greer on Wade Hampton Boulevard (United States 29), but locating near Interstate 85 is close to another one.

As for hotels, I would like to see an aLoft, Cambria Suites, Element or Even Hotel which would be new to this area. Then there are some of the mainstays such as Courtyard, Hyatt Place and Hilton Garden Inn.

I view Super 8 as an economy hotel and think the development with Bass Pro Shops will have something nicer and bigger in mind.
A QT ,would great for that area ,also a. JC Penny Oulet would great as wel, for that area also , A PopEyes Chicken , Lucky Brand store, and a Bob Evans would great for that area

Cracker Barrel already has a store on East Main Street (South Carolina 290) at Rogers Bridge Road on Interstate 85 exit 63. Being three miles away, I do not see another store going up that close.
