I don't see a CB there either do to it's close proximity to the other location. I'm sure there will be a lot of very good choices for dining once things start to get rolling on the new BPS.

You will see more fast food restaurants open in the area. I would not be surprised to see Chick-fil-A open. They usually a very good option.
Too close to the Duncan Chick-Fil-A for that to happen in my opinion.
I would respectfully disagree. Chick-fil-A has brand, quality and service powers. Regardless being near each other or far away, their locations constantly draws in customers and are consistently busy.
Bojangle's has no trouble opening locations on every exit on Interstate 85 between Greenville and Spartanburg. They recently acquired land on United States 29 off Interstate 85 exit 66 near Upward for a new restaurant.
How about a Popeyes? Surely they can find a good location somewhere in the Greenville-Spartanburg area.
Popeye's can talk the talk by airing many television commercials promoting their food at locations in other markets. At some point, it is necessary to walk the walk by entering upstate South Carolina and open locations.
I have heard a rumor that QT was inquiring about the peace of property behind the property already owned by them at 101/I85 and possibly that particular QT being a truck stop just like the one in Anderson. The one in Anderson is huge.
Should the other side of I85/101 develop as well. Wonder what will?
With Sloan being in its previous location.
I am sure there is a quarry off Plemmons Road. It would not be a great site to develop unless you want to build underground some.
