I have a friend from high school who has three Chickfila franchises in Mississippi. While I have never asked him what his yearly income is, its pretty obvious he is doing extremely well for himself.
In other news, some updates on Madison Square Mall. I particularly like the requirement that 70% of the businesses have to be new to the Huntsville market.

That still leaves 30% - room enough for a nail salon, a Chinese/Cajun restaurant, and a mattress store.

Has anyone heard an opening date for the new Kroger in Madison? They are getting close to done on construction. Of course stocking that huge store will take some time once complete.

No concrete date yet, but it will be completed sometime in September. At the same time when it's complete, the construction on County Line road Kroger will begin.
