Nice development updates! These not well-known updates/rumors were what I was looking for.

Oh, if anyone is wondering about ground leveling going on in the parcel south of JCHS on County Line road, it is possibly three stories senior apartments.

It's an assisted living facility. Phoenix, I think.

If you go to the city of Madison's website and look under Planning Commission, they publish all their meeting agendas & minutes. Those are a great way to find out what's going on.

Burger King? Pizza Hut? When's the last time you saw the drive-thru line wrap around Burger King twice? We have an abundance of these places, yet Chick Fil A stays wrapped up ALL the time and won't build any more. I keep hoping for County Line Rd, but knowing they turned down the Sonic location (right in front of JC) makes me think they don't want another restaurant. They must like keeping the ones they have a total mad-house all the time.

Someone needs to put a gas station on West side of County Line so it's easy to stop in on the way to work (for those to take County Line to 565 in the AM). I thought for sure the southwest corner of Hardiman/County Line would get a gas station, but I guess not.

I hope it is managed better than the one on 20. Ate at their buffet last week and it was a cluster.

I believe this one will be carryout / delivery only.

I got some insider info 2nd hand from someone who oversees CFA franchises in the area and at the time CLR did not have the sustained all-day traffic volume that CFA looks for in a location. Same goes for Madison Blvd.
