Its that little chunk of land at the corner of Watterson/County Line right in front of Heritage assisted living facility.

On the city's agenda it has "south of Watterson Way" but that cannot be correct, that is where the Waterford pool/clubhouse and small lake is located.

Crossroads IGA store coming to the SE corner* of Mill and County Line. Looks like these are usually a quick-serve deli / grocery / fueling station. I've heard people like them...but won't give up their Publix or Kroger for them.
*Not on the exact corner; this will be in the middle of an open 2 acre lot and an open 6 acre lot

So all of the construction signs have been removed from County Line. The large LED one on the South end is no longer there and the orange signs proclaiming six miles of construction are gone. Anyone have any insight on when they're going to put the speed limit back to 50 mph?

Did you see all the STOP signs on pedestrian sidewalks along Countyline Road? At first it was confusing for me as it looks like I needed to STOP on every small street intersections.

It is just a reminder as a pedestrian on the path to stop and watch for traffic. Every major bike/pedestrian path I have been on in numerous states has these.

You must've been to several new states as this is the first time I see it here as well as other states I've been to.

NC and TN both have them in numerous cities. Nashville, Brentwood, Raleigh, Wilmington...pretty sure I saw them on the beach trail in Huntington Beach, CA as well at road crossings.

I can't speak for those cities you've mentioned but I lived in Huntington Beach, CA for over 10 years. Is the beach trail you mentioned are in the beach side of PCH? I can tell you that they are not erected like the ones on CLR, next to the main road facing the incoming traffic almost like a regular traffic sign (for example, 45mph), except the stop signs are just a bit smaller than the regular stop signs.

Like I said, my initial reaction was a bit of confusion but pretty soon I figured them out. If I was consulted on this (I am not that important), I'd say move them on the OTHER side of sidewalks, further away from the CLR, but what's done is done thanks to our brilliant traffic sign designers here.
