Sounds like 90% of the companies I deal with.

You end up with "Scooter the Functionally Illiterate" who wants to punch a hole in your drywall ceiling with a chain saw.

Best of all, when they detect a fire, they automatically update your Facebook status to "Running away from burning house, screaming".

And every website you visit starts showing you real estate ads and ads for fire restoration companies and other fire related ads since google will know your house is on fire before you know.

Oh, I don't know about that. I posted a thread that asked about short sales, and mentioned my frustration at a deal we were trying to get through (if you remember, the bank demanded more money, which we agreed to. They then sat on their rumps for 3 weeks and came back with a demand for even more money (25k above original asking). They foreclosed, when it came back on the market, they sold it for 47k above original asking, which someone not me got suckered into paying.)

Got not a single DM from any realtors.

Those are too expensive to replace all seven. I'm thinking about getting one for the really high ceiling. I can easily reach the others if they start chirping at 3:00am. But I don't have data on my phone so doubt the app would help.
