Palace Station Overnight Buffet will stop soon, their recently renovated 24-Hr Café will be opening soon. The casino opened the buffet overnight to cover the 24-hr café during renovation. Palace Station buffet is actually better than Palms buffet, more selection and the meat selection is awesome.

I concur about Palms Buffet going down hill after initial opening. I also noticed Palace Stations buffet sliding since opening.

My favorite buffet is Green Valley Ranch.
If you compare both the Palace Station and Palms buffet and considering the price, Palace Station is better simply with more selection and as I have said, the meat hahaha.

Green Valley Ranch is too far and I think it would be similar to Red Rock Station.

I have to disagree, just went to the Palace Station again yesterday and was disappointed while I have yet to be at the Palms. Palms puts more effort into their tasty dishes and it shows while Palace tries a flair while it falls flat. More choices at the Palace Station but that does no good since their food is not that great but is still a big improvement from their old buffet.

Green Valley is better than Red Rock but it has been a while since I have been to GV.

My previous post was confused with part of another post. This is my post:

I still like Aria Buffet for Seafood, Crab Legs, large New Zealand Mussels, large clams, large shrimps, love the desserts too. You can have the Crab legs heated if you wish.

Red Rock Buffet is ok nothing special , you get what you pay for type of buffet, average. I have not gone back to Wynn and probably will not go back anytime soon but it was great when I used to frequent the place.
This was my post above.

Both Palace Station and Palms now have average buffets, nothing special. Not impressed anymore. It was great when it first opened.
