This has been going on before Trump. This is from the same article:

"This development comes as part of Infosys’ continued legacy of a three-decade long investment across the U.S. In just the last 3 years, Infosys has renewed this focus by setting up an innovation hub in Silicon Valley"

---
Taxpayers of Indiana are paying Infosys $31 million in corporate welfare to come to Indianaperthe below link:

Infosys to add 2,000 jobs in state | Business | The Journal Gazette

"Some experts question whether the deal is a good one for Indiana, given the generous financial incentives offered by the historically frugal state, which top out at $31 million and include tax credits worth as much as $15,000 for every worker hired"

I personally know Indian families who came to USA about 15 years ago, work in IT sector and are still not citizens but their children are American Born.

Even if the children are not American citizens, is there any law which restricts Foreign citizens to enrol in schools?

As far as tax is concerned, everybody is paying taxes. Even a tourist pays tax if he/she buys a bottle of water.
Most ? ... not around here especially in middle and high school. Plenty of kids born overseas with H-1B parents but I don't doubt there are cases as you state though. Birthright citizenship needs to go as well but that's another topic entirely. We could also have a discussion about Indian H-1Bs and lack of assimilation while we're at it.

It really boils down to the abuse of the H-1B system and a reduction in the quotas. Even those who oppose the H-1B system have no objection to the brightest and most qualified to be on visa here, but that is not currently the case.

I agree with you that H-1B visa system has been misused.

Big Corporations are responsible for the Visa Abuse. Why are they giving contracts to Outsourcing companies? It is not the question about brightest and most qualified-it is more about saving money / profiteering by either sending work abroad and bringing people on low salaries from Foreign countries.

If visa abuse has to be stopped, it has to come from the Big Corporations and their Business Model.

Lack of assimilation is a very different topic. A Foreigner cannot suddenly change his/her food, language, sports choices, music, film taste, language, accent, appearance, clothing sense. Every individual is different. Even if we keep Indians out, it is not a homogeneous and fully assimilated society between people of all the Races !!!!

Large companies are giving contracts to Indian companies simply to save money. Once those blanket contracts are signed, those Indian companies fill the positions with H-1B workers ... a lot of whom have no business with a visa in the first place. And the H-1Bs work for peanuts of the average hourly billing rate and Americans are displaced. If there were less H-1Bs, the Indian companies would not have enough candidates to even bid on a contract unless they included American workers.

Since the topic is H-1Bs, let's just say that some cultures assimilate much easier than others, Latinos being a prime example. Until said cultures try and assimilate, stereotypes will persist and we will never have the homogenous society you mention.

Latinos are the worst. They have created a country within a country and now claim to turn USA into a Hispanic country by 2040. They commit more crimes and bring in drugs. Their primary goal is to get here, not learn the language and have a ton of kids while making minimum wage. They leach the system and commit fraud. Who is making up social security numbers and ruining credit of innocent Americans? Who was that high school boy who raped a girl recently? Yes all Latino. They are the biggest threat to the fabric of this country.
