First off, unless your destination is Los Angeles, you're in the wrong forum. (Even if it is, you're probably in the wrong forum.) Second, I am sorry to say that a work visa is likely not in the cards for you. There are not enough low-skill jobs in the U.S. for those who already have legal status here.
It can't be done. Also, it's very difficult to support a family in the US only with a highschool certificate. Are your children in school? Is there any chance that if they do very well in school, they could get a government scholarship to pay for university? This is all you can do; urge your children to do well in school, and hope for a better life for them. Is your family safe, at least?
So sorry. The US only gives visas to people with special skills and special education. It's the same with Canada, as far as I know. Even most Americans can't get a visa to live in Canada!
greetings to you all

You will need a college degree first. It is best if your degree is in a science, or technology, or engineering or mathematics (called a STEM degree)
It is best that you have some job experience in your country in a field that matches your degree
Your skill must be one that the US cannot find an American to do (customer service people are NOT needed)
You must find an American employer who is willing to sponsor you and pay the money for your visa, which is about $8,000. You can NOT do a work visa yourself, only the employer does it.
