Dude....you really need to smoke a joint really badly....

Or else just move to a state unlikely to legalize at least any time soon. Pretty sure Mississippi will be the last state to legalize, you could always go there

Just look at the effect of alcohol on our society. Do you think legalizing alcohol (end of prohibition) solve our crime problem? What other problems did it create? DUI? Alcoholism? I think price of legalization of marijuana will be paid for by lives destroyed just like alcohol.
The legalization of alcohol caused the biggest drop in crime in US history, despite the Great Depression. It also meant fewer people dying from drinking poisoned booze.

I doubt it will be a free for all allowing anyone to open up a shop anywhere they please. I'm sure your municipality has an approval process where anyone wanting to open a dispensary will have to go through a review and there are most likely requirements that must be met for locations of these businesses that will not allow them to just pop up wiley-niley with anyone willing to trim buds and sell retail.

If you have a problem with pawn and porn shops in your hood, then yea, you may have issues with pot shops appearing. If you don't have those issues now, then you most likely won't have dispensary issues either, but you might.

Otherwise, I think you only course of reporting is the DEA.

I respect Exitus' opinion on this matter insofar as he is right that the Federal law controls here. That said, I support legalization across the board and want to see much more including other drugs (no, not all), prostitution, and gambling.

Burbank too is unlikely to have recreational sales. They haven't had medical MJ sales.
