From pictures I have seen online and from looking at their website, it reminds me more of a gander mountain but apparently they also do classes like bass pro does. They also apparently sell NFA items (silencers and SBR's) unlike gander.

Big thumbs up to this. I'm not familiar with Sportsman's Warehouse but if it's anything like the smaller Cabela's, Field and Stream, or Gander Mountain it will be a welcome addition.

Why would they go through with this if there's been absolutely no movement on the part of CA? Do they know something?

I've said all along this is the most important development of all the current projects. The city needs to sack up and find a way to bring them back in and make this happen.
