In the latest bit of "tax dollars going for stupid things", one of the newest issued prefixes on NC license plates is "PJC". As common as that plea is in NC, you'd think that they could skip that one.

Why? Will it confuse yankee transplants?

Oh, and license plates are paid for by user fees, not tax dollars.
