This is actually an insightful comment. The "great bones" thing I have been wondering about. Just as we value that in a home that has been neglected, I wonder if we will value that in a town that's been neglected.

I think Z'ville could get a revival as people are pushed out of Franklin county (and eventually Licking county) due to the rising housing costs.
