I would classify most of Oregon as moderate but the eastern half is definitely conservative.
Only portions of Eugene and Portland are truly leftist/liberal.

Default Oregon was created to be a whites oy state

And outside of Portland and Eugene you are gonna find a major "bully culture" which has existed since it's inception . It's very mean, very harsh, very masculine, and there tends to be alot of hate towards anything feminine or creative
It can be an extremely harsh, narcissistic place where the bullies have the power... If you have a heart, just be prepared that you might have to hide your big heart to protect yourself fr the superficial, high school mentality that exists inost of Oregon.

The map above is just by county and puts them into red or blue based on a 50% threshold.

This map from the 2020 election is by precinct and uses various shades of pink and blue to show the actual tilt of each region. It gives a much better picture of the coast which is mostly middle of the road shades of light pink or light blue. The Northern half from Florence all the way to Astoria is mostly different shades of blue. The southern half from Reedsport to the CA border is mostly different shades of red except for one blue zone around Port Orford.
