You could say that Coos Bay is more conservative than Newport but, like moparjer stated, none are particularly liberal. Mostly they're just live and let live.

Depends on your definition of Liberal. Lincoln City and Newport are more Liberal then Florence and Coos Bay, but all are less liberal then Ashland, Eugene or Portland.

Incorrect. Lincoln County voted 51% for Clinton to 41% for Trump. Trump didn't have any remarkable amount of support on the Coast, except for the South Coast. Coos County and Curry County.
Regardless of how people on the Coast vote, nobody really talks about it much. Politics here is a private matter.
