I think the best QB we've had in the past 30 years was Joe Montana (at the end of his career) and Trent Green.

I am not taking this for granted. I love our Chiefs and praying for another SB victory.

Also to Ravens fans. This loss was tough, but I think if Lamar learns from it then it could be a blessing in disguise. You have to remember that Mahomes couldn't get past Brady and Mahomes realized he needed to have better discipline and a better team around him. We had games against Brady during the regular season and thought we arrived, only to have our hearts ripped out from us in the playoffs. It's hard to beat the champs-- and I see that elite mentality in Mahomes now that Brady is gone. Lamar is a great QB and will win a SB soon.
The Raven's will have a tougher schedule next season. Expect the AFC North to be strong once again, especially if everyone stays remotely healthy. The entire AFC is improving.

Not sure what more Lamar can "learn". He had a great season.

It would be too funny if Mahomes throws the Super Bowl winning touchdown against the 49ers to Valdez-Scantling while he’s in the end zone on a 3rd and long play.

Gotta be some funny prop bets this Superbowl like how many times they show Taylor Swift.

Yeah, IMO that's typical of ravens/Harbaugh. Used to be much more of a steelers thing too.
It was.

But I doubt the league will do anything. They would have announced it by now.

Dirty play has been common from the Ravens for years, remember Ray Lewis.

I don't think the play warranted a fine. Definitely not a suspension. It was a penalty and the call was made. Mahomes was not injured on the play. I am not a Ravens fan either.

The player intentionally tried to hurt Mahomes by slamming his arm to Mahomes head. Any time a player tries to intentionally hurt another it should be an ejection/suspension/fine.

Funny just as I said that, the league issued a 6-7 thousand dollar fine on that play. Lol.

Not nearly enough for that vicious hit.
