Do you have Bluegrass, or possibly fescue? Even though you get pretty hot in the summer, I wouldn't think tropical grasses (Bermuda, zoysia) would survive your winters.
Mainly bluegrass with some random patches of other kinds.
On the other side of the state we didn't get near as much snow as predicted. It is some wet nasty stuff because we also got rain before, during, and after the snow. On a great note the neighbor used his skid loader to clean my 200 foot of sidewalk plus my driveway.
