Is anyone interested in following the trial. They are in jury selection now and they hope to start next wk. lasting for 6 to 8 wks. It looks like Casey is ready to throw her parents under the bus. The defence is hinting to disfunctional family life and sex abuse, how about that!
She is probably going to plead insanity, as a criminal defendant she does not have to take the stand. Her attorneys Baden and Baez, along with their group, will probably advise her to stay silent, she is a narcissist and the jury will not take to this.
Was interested and felt sorry for the grandfather, George Anthony. He lost Caylee, and seemed to be falling apart when all that happened. Some drs. have hinted there is some dysfunction in that family (abusive brother, or molestation). That will not matter as Casey is up against the death penalty for killing her baby.

Who is Baden? I thought, that (if you mean Michael Baden), he was a forensic pathologist and not a lawyer? As for Casey, I'd love to see her take the stand. On the gallows...
Poor George, I agree. Cindy is a character. Did you see the depo- she was ready to lunge at the personal injury attorney (about the zanny the nanny fictional story from Casey) .
The impression with Cindy though, she is hiding something. She always looks angry, and prolly wont be at the end stages of that trial either(attys will consider her a liability)....Casey herself, on tv today she looks out there, upset or wacked out. I can't tell which.
don't think the jurors will empathize with her at all.
Its the female defense atty- Linda Kenney Baden. Not sure if shes related or not. She is head lawyer though, as Jose Baez is not as experienced according to reports.
I don't know about these Grandparents, if they really loved the kid, why didn't they take custody of her? They could have cut Casey off, not bought her a car, or paid for her cell phone, or given her money.
Cindy A was so weird and angry with reporters in the beginning, and at that time they were really trying to help her. She was acting like it was the reporters fault that her granddaughter was missing. I remember when she was on G. Rivera's show she had such a bad attitude, he said calm down I'm trying to help you. She is a piece of work.

Agree. She seemed quite a control freak, and/or psychotic. Her daughter has issues...I dont know it seems the grandparents would adopt Caylee bcs maybe they were (rightly so) worried at what "Casey might do"....which is what happened anyway...
Cindy def. has some denial issues, remember when they had some DNA proof re: trunk of car, that and Cindy said it was a "bag of rotting pizza"...wow...I mean its got to be very upsetting to know your daughter is capable of killing her child out of jealousy....
