It will amaze me if the jury brings back the death penalty ... she is a pretty, young, white woman, she appears to shed a few tears ... heck they might even let her walk.
I don't understand the pictures today with the T-shirt and panties with 'Travis Alexander's and 'Travis' (possessive form) on them and the guy testifying said the picture was taken in July 2008 ... Travis was murdered in June 2008. This was entered into evidence to show Alexander's controlling nature. Anyone can run out and have a t-shirt and panties monogrammed after the fact.
And her attorney is taking her back to her childhood ... beatings starting at age 7 ... attorney is attempting to sway the jury with the poor pitiful me.
Smart move by her defense team ... putting her on the stand and going through her life history as told by Jodie and then dismissing court for the day. Jury will have all this testimony going through their heads tonight.

If she walks then it is a-ok to stab someone twenty+ times, slash their throats and shoot them in the head or knock your kid out with chloroform, duct tape her mouth, wrap her up in garbage bags and dump the body in a swampy area and lie lie lie. Just be sure you are a young, white, beautiful female.
I have always read crimes of this type was considered crimes of passion. That many knife wounds, slashing his throat and then shooting him. Jodi was either mad or scared of him.
This trial is having the same problem as the Anthony trial. People arriving early and standing inline to get in and some are being turned away.
