The "Overpass Cafe" on Miracle Mile, just one block East of I-10 is the best breakfast cafe in Tucson. They have great food and absolutely amazing prices. Two eggs, hash browns, sausage, toast and a coffee for around $4. The first time I ate there I thought they made a mistake on my bill it was so low. I have heard that their salsa is fantastic also, but I haven't tried it. The service is fast and the people are very friendly. Bring cash though, because I don't think they accept credit cards. At least they didn't the last time I was there. It's a family owned business and the owner is always around, normally waiting tables.
