She did post a few more times Feb. 24!

They are probably ready to suck it up and stay in Rhode Island after reading our comments!

"White fragility"? What do you mean? Are you assuming that because I said there are "compassionate and open-minded people" on both sides of the aisle means I'm "white"?

I fail to see how Youngkin is a "moderate" Republican in the vein of Charlie Baker or Larry Hogan, other than that he will admit that the 2020 election was legitimate (something he wouldn't admit until after he won the primary, I might add).

He's not, he's a T-Party hack who has cost the Southside a Ford Battery Plant because he says there is a "Chinese" connection. I'm sure they're happy to lose all those well paying jobs over ideology....

The question on whether that makes the state a good location for conservatives however is a different one as the state also has large areas which are heavily Democratic and very left-leaning. It seems that those areas typically outvote the Republican areas in statewide elections, but Youngkin showed that a fairly moderate Republican can still win in VA if things break right. However I would say that this applies to almost every state in the country, so I don't think that makes VA a particularly good destination for conservatives.
I'm too lazy to find the data but Youngkin only won because turnout was low in Fairfax County, much lower than what was anticipated. Same thing happened with McAuliffe when he won, Fairfax County is what pulled him over the finish line - same old same old. So, yes it's true he or a Youngkin 2.0 could possibly win VA but it would mostly hinge on turnout in FFX.

You’re not wrong. 800k fewer Virginians voted in the gubernatorial election than in the presidential election the year before. Biden won Virginia by over 400k votes. Low turnout by the D’s was the only reason why Youngkin won. And BTW, people with school-aged children voted for the D. His CRT nonsense didn’t work with people who actually have children in school.

He's moderate compared to DeSantis or MTG.
