The white pine chapel (complete with bell tower) and award-winning landscaping welcome couples into an interior decor replete with “woodsiness.” A stacked-stone wall and candelabra highlight the altar, and the chapel seats 40 comfortably. Outdoor ceremonial settings here include a gazebo, a reflecting pond, and a waterfall. Chapel in the Glen provides a full-time staff of six to help couples with wedding preparations. They do perform walk-in ceremonies. They will not, however, join couples who have just met and are looking for a speedy wedding.

Description: This new chapel that opened in April 2009 is located on Glades Road in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community off East Parkway/US 321. As the name states, the building itself is of log construction and offers a combined decor of rustic log and refined elements like stained-glass windows, flowers, and candelabra. It accommodates 80 people. Little Log Wedding Chapel has been in business since 1992, although the company’s original log chapel was 3 miles away near the entrance to the Arts & Crafts Community.

Description: As you’re driving away from downtown Gatlinburg on East Parkway/US 321, you can’t help but notice this grand, Victorian-style chapel—with a seating capacity of 80, it’s one of the largest ones in the area. The interior’s colors are white with burgundy and mauve accents. Two-story stained-glass windows and large chandeliers add to the elegance. Victorian Gardens has been in business since 1997. They offer a broad range of options in their wedding packages and can also feature on-site receptions in their adjacent solarium. Victorian Gardens maintains a staff of 8 to 10 people to assist spouses-to-be.
