    Observation: Pre-packaged Seaweed salad for sale in the retail grab cooler has a pre-generated new of 113g. Inspector had person in charge weigh contents on digital scale. The new weight reading indicated 114g. Inspector informed person in charge that accurate labeling is required per the food code. Food must be placed in containers for retail sale then weighed to label container with correct net weight.

    Observation: Variance issued to establishment for rice acidification expired on 9/17/14. Variance letter stated to contact Department of Inspections and Appeals during July to renew the variance. Manager stated that they have not yet contacted DIA and will do so today.
