Observation: Several dented can foods such as tomato, pineapple, corn and etc. stored on store's shelves. May not use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Dented cans stored on dry goods shelf should be removed or discarded. Manager removed and corrected on site.
- Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1.5°C or ±3°F and are designed to be easily readable
Observation: Digital thermometers in the meat cooler are not working. Must have accurate thermometer in all coolers that hold TCS (time/temp control for safety) food. Manager brought one and corrected on site.
- Posting of a valid license
Observation: Most recent inspection report was not posted. Must post the most recent inspection report in area easily readable by the public. Manger took from the office and posted. Corrected on site.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Pluming/ faucets of mop sink were leaking. All plumbing must be in good working order. Repair.
- Storage or display of food in contact with water or ice
Observation: Excessive ice buildup in all chest freezers except the one (the new one) in the store. Must defrost to prevent source of contamination. Must keep freezer free of ice.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation: The following reach-in coolers have torn door gaskets or detached on the corner: Butter-cream, sour-cream, hot dog, fried chicken, freezer. Manager stated they ordered new gaskets. Must replace all dis-repaired gaskets.

Observation:One thermometer for retail case holding meats is not registering any temp, repair/replace.

1) One package of strawberries had a moldy strawberry, removed from retail area now and will continue to monitor closely. 2) One dented can of salmon, removed from shelf today. Both corrected on site.

Gaps under or around exterior door, weatherstrip where can see light showing through at back walk in door by dock door, has work order already.

Raw animal species not adequately separated from precooked or ready-to-eat foods during storage-holding raw turkey product over beef product in walk in cooler, rotate similar to chicken and hold below other species. Corrected on site.
- Discarding or reconditioning unsafe, adulterated, or contaminated food
