    Observation: Under counter ice storage bins have open lids when not in use. Discussed with person in charge about repeat violation and importance of keeping ice bins covered when not in use.

    Observation:Has spray bottle of water by prep table, must label with common name to prevent confusion.

    Observation:Has chemical cleaner for the expresso machine on top of unit, moved now to chemical storage area.

    Observation:Has two containers of frosting on floor in dry storage area, must store 6 inches off floor.

    Observation:Has under counter portable ice bins with open lids, must keep closed whenever not busy to prevent contamination.

    Observation:Staff removing gloves or putting gloves on without washing hands first, or after handling money and before handling food, must wash hands.

    Observation:Has plastic food bins stacked with water droplets on interior, must allow to fully air dry before stacking for storage.

    Observation:1)Clean pullout drawer gaskets at make table, soiled. 2)Clean exterior of prep tables, donut prep racks, sugar rolling rack, and coffee sugar tote at least once daily, to prevent buildup. 3)Clean oven door pull area soiled.

    Observation:1)some of the drink making stations are soiled, encourage cleaning up residue as soon as possible ie expresso machine, does have sanitizer solution in immediate area.

    Observation:Scoop in the coffee sugar tote is touching sugar, must keep handle inverted out of the product.
