    Observation: Dust build up on vents and walls above ABS ovens that are not in use.

    Observation: No hand washing reminder sign posted at the hand washing sink in the corner by large tilt skillet in dish room.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Hand washing sink in the corner by large tilt skillet in dish room was blocked with baking equipment. PIC removed the equipment. A second hand washing sink will be set up at the single bay sink next to the dish machine. PIC supplied soap and towels. A hand washing reminder sign was already posted.

    Observed downstairs kitchen sink used as a dump sink and a hand sink had a mixing bowl stored in the sink. Observed no hand soap at the hand sink upon entering down stairs kitchen. Observed no paper towels at hand sink located in the upstairs dish room hand sink. Observed large containers of mixers blocking access to the hand sink located at the dish room.
