Observation: The soap dispenser has fallen the wall and not be fixed. Discussed the importance of using soap when washing hands. Place bottle pump of soap at sink until dispenser is corrected.

Observation: There were toxics sitting on top of the cooler. -COS Discussed the importance of why toxics should not be sitting on food equipment.
