Observation: Chest freezer in dry storage does not work. All unnecessary equipment must be removed.
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
Observation: All food employees must wear an effective hair restraint when handling food. Suggest a hat, hair net, visor, or bandana.

- Outer openings are protected
A bird has made their nest in last window in concession. Remove nest, clan area throughly and maintain window so that nest does not return.
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
All employees cooking or prepping food must wear an effective hair restraint such as a hair net , hat, or visor. Wear hair restraints.
- Sanitizers
Spray bottle of chlorine sanitizer was in excess of 200 ppm. Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained between 50-100 ppm. CORRECTED.
- Linens- cleaning and storage
Spoons in cup were not are inverted. Single use utensils must be stored with handles inverted to prevent contamination. Keep handles inverted.
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Hand sink only reached 89 degrees during inspection. All hand sinks must reach 100 degrees for proper hand washing. Make repairs as needed.
