Observation: Cooked mixed vegetables(72F) had tight fitting plastic wrap. Person in charge had staff remove the covers to allow rapid cooling before food was sent for delivery.

Observation: Case of liquid eggs in the walk in cooler are sitting under a drip from the condenser unit. Person in charge moved the food items and placed a pan under the condenser to catch the drip until a repair can be made.

Observation: Quat sanitizer buckets in the kitchen tested low, 0 ppm. Person in charge made new sanitizer buckets at the correct concentration of 200ppm.
