Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration Test strips for sanitizer were expired (quat) in 2011. Must obtain test strips for each kind of sanitizer used in the facility. Chlorine is used in the dish machine so at least chlorine strips must be purchased.
Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours Did not have items in walk in cooler properly date marked. Must re-date items that have been removed from freezer with new date of preparation.
