Several shelves have bare wood surfaces in dry storage in basement. Must vernish or paint bare wood surfaces at least two coats with light color to make smooth and easily cleanable.

Didn't have a thermometer in the cooler that stored potentially hazardous food (PHF). Must provide thermometer in the cooler has PHF to ensure adequate temperature is maintained. Cooler temperature must be adjusted around 34 to 36*F to maintain PHF can be cold hold at 41*F or below.

Didn't have most recent inspection posted. Must post in area viewable to the public.

Missing handwashing sing in men's restroom. Every hand sink to be used by employees must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hand.

A bottle of Half & Half was not date marked. Must date mark all potentially hazardous food if not used within 24 hours after opened or preparation. Have 7 days from date marked to use or discard.

Didn't have sanitizer available at time of inspection. Must provide either QA or chlorine sanitizer to clean counter tops and other food contact surfaces. QA and chlorin sanitizer is the most effective way to ensure surface are clean. Corrected at time of inspection

The color chart on test strip package has been faded. Replace new chlorin test strips.
