    Observation: Hand washing sink was not operation. No water was available in the fresh water tank. Vendor should notify maintenance upon arrival if hand sink is not in good repair.

    Observation: Rice(124F) and breaded chicken(108F) held in large white tubs were not maintaining hot holding temperatures of 135F or above. Prepared foods must be maintained at 135F.
