Observation: Ice buildup in following chest freezers: 1) ice cream next to the cashier, and chest freezer on the sale line next to the pizza freezer. Must defrost to prevent source of contamination and keep freezer free of ice. Clean as needed.

Observation: Unisex hand sink in the restroom did not have hot water. Every hand sink must be provided water 100 degrees. Repair as needed. Repair or adjust. Manager adjusted and corrected on site.
- Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
Observation: No Norovirus clean up kit or procedure. Food establishment must have procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomiting and diarrheal events that involve the discharge of bodily fluids such as vomitus or fecal matter onto any surface within the food establishment to reduce foodborne disease transmission. Information regarding the procedure given to manger.

Observation: Several dented cans stored on n dry goods shelves. May not use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Dented cans removed or discarded. Corrected on site.

There was no thermometer provided in Turbo reach-in freezer. A thermometer shall be provided and readily accessible for checking temperature. CORRECT ON SITE.
