Observed two cans of Similac Infant Formula were expired on July 1st, 2013 on the shelf. Discard. CORRECT ON SITE.

A box of Macaroni & Cheese stored on the floor in the storage. All foods must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purposes.
