Observation: Observed a cup used as a scoop in dry products (oregano). If scoop is stored in product then it must have a handle and the handle must be stored outside of the product.

Observation: Sanitizer was tested too low at time of inspection. Remade.

Observation: The following areas have become soiled and must be cleaned: True 3 door cooler, slicer, pop machine ice chute and ice maker.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Hand sink in kitchen area drains slowly. Repair or replace as necessary.
- Drying mops
Observation: Mop was observed bunched up in the mop sink. Must allow mop to air dry when not in use to prevent buildup of bacteria.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
Observation: True 3 door cooler did not have a thermometer inside. Replaced.
- Handwashing signage
Observation: Did not have a hand washing sign posted in the womens bathroom. Must have a hand washing sign posted in all bathrooms used by food service employees.
- Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
Observation: Observed some items that were date marked and some that were not (deli meat, cheese, prepped veggies, etc.). Must date mark all ready to eat food with date opened/prepared.
- Equipment location, installation, repair, and adjustment
Observation: All door gaskets on the True 3 door cooler have become torn. Replace.
