- Handwashing cleanser, availability
1) Has run out of paper towels for dispensor, must provide alternate disposable towels until dispensor style gets delivered, must have handwashing available at front counter when handling money, etc. 2) Wrong soap was also delivered, must provide alternate soap, ie pump style to allow hand soap at front counter sink as well.
- Written procedures prepared in advance and made available to the regulatory authority that specify methods of compliance
Current staff unaware of any written policy to holding can of whipped cream for 4 hours and then discarding. Feels that it is usually used within that 4 hour time frame, but needs to be documented with written log, time mark on product, or other effective means to know when the 4 hours started and will end, if product is to be discarded at that time. Must submit written procedure with mail in recheck.

1) Has multiple boxes stacked on floor, is in process of putting away recent delivery. Must clean and santitize all prep and counter surfaces after putting boxes on them that have been in contact with the floor. 2) One shelving rack in back area is less than 6 inches off floor, adjust it so that the lowest rack edge is at least 6 inches off floor to aid cleaning.
