Inspector was notified the hot water heater had failed. Therefore, unable to check temperatures on hand sink near bread rack, center island and mens restroom. Establishment is boiling water and has changed to single service disposable cups, plates and utensils.

Observed hand sink near bread rack with no hot water. Water temperature was 76*F at its warmest. Observed hand sink in center island with no hot water. Observed hand sink in Men's restroom with no hot water.

Observed bags of wheat flour stored on the floor in the bakery in basement. Observed pop in bottles stored on the floor in dry storage area on main floor. Observed two types of unwrapped cookies without adequate protection from contamination.

Observed turkey deli meat with a temperature of 54*F. Employee had just refilled container. Middle salad cooler products with temps of 46*F to 48*F. Service company had just serviced machine. Inspector suggested using ice baths to ensure temperatures of 41*F or below. --Observed chili with temps between 99*F and 117*F. Chili was removed reheated to 165*F and returned. Corrected at time of inspection

Observed hand sink in bakery in basement with a hose attached used to fill container for mixing bread dough.
- When to wash
Observed employee touch his hat with gloved hand and start to touch food. Inspector asked employee to wash hands and change gloves beofre resuming food preparation. Employee washed hands and put on new gloves before returning to food preparation. Corrected at time of inspection
