Observation:Out of test strips for checking concentration of bleach, must provide test strips for checking sanitizer water, ie clorine at 50-100 ppm.

Observation:1)Shelving racks in prep area is soiled with flour and food particles, clean. 2) Clean handle opening area of reach in coolers, soiled. 3)Clean floor mixer, floury. 4) Clean wooden shelving, and may need to repaint or seal with two coats of light colored paint or varnish.
