1) Ice machine has buildup on chute edge, must empty, wash, rinse, sanitize, and let air dry before refill, must be done monthly or more frequently if buildup noted. 2) Ice bucket resting upright on top of machine, store inverted on a tray or other cleanable surface, to allow to air dry between uses.
