Observation: Food storage containers with seasoning, sugar and cinnamon not labeled for identification with common name of food. Manager marked the containers and corrected.

- Miscellaneous sources of contamination
Observation: Wire shelve storing clean dishes is in front of mop sink. All equipment and utensils must be stored in manner that will prevent contamination. Move shelving.

Observation: Cove base tiling under food prep sink is in disrepair. Physical establishment must be maintained in good repair. Make repairs as needed.
- Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
Observation: Hand sink to be installed by Wing Street Station. Hand sinks must conveniently located in cooking and food handling areas. Install hand sink.

Observation: Back door in shared hallway has light shining through. Every outer openings must be protected from the entry of rodents or bugs. Repair as needed.
- In-use utensils, between-use storage
Observation: Scoops in the pizza topping have their handles in the product. When storing utensils in product the handles must be inverted. Keep handles out of product.

Observation: Attach food prep sink to wall and caulk wall/sink juncture.

Observation: Dish machine is not dispensing chlorine. When using chlorine for sanitizer it must be maintained between 500-100 ppm. Dish service was called during inspection. Food prep sink was filled with sanitizer. Will rinse dishes in machine and dip in santizer for saitization.
