Fresh donuts are delivered daily.  At end of day (11 am) leftover donuts are donated to Illinois Harvest.  Establishment uses dry creamer.

    Hand washing sink at front of store does not have paper towels or hand soap.  Hand washing sink in bathroom does not have paper towels.  Provide paper towels and soap at every hand washing sink at all times.

This establishment has been given final approval to operate under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food Safety, of the Peoria County Code.

Only coffee, tea, and hot chocolate will be made at this establishment.  Donuts will be brought in from Classic Donuts in Pekin. (Approved to wholesale)
  • Non-food contact surfaces designed, constructed, maintained, installed, located.
    Seal all wood.  Remove duct tape and cardboard.  Provide a more permenant divider between the mop sink and the three compartment sink.
  • Dishwashing facilities designed, constructed, operated (1. wash 2. rinse 3. sanitize)
    Provide a drain board for the left side of the three compartment sink that drains into the sink.
