All cold holding checked OK and recorded < 40 F.Food stored properly off ground. No chemicals stored next to food. All chemicals labeled and stored properly.Tongs provided for self service donuts. Please make sure all food serving utensils such as scoops; spoons; and tongs go through 3-step cleaning process at least once every four hours. All in use food service equipment must be properly washed; rinsed and sanitized. Set up a sanitizer bucket to store wet wiping cloths. Grocery uses Quaternary ammonia for a sanitzer. Check sanitzer solution to be at levels between 200-400 ppm for Quaternary Ammonia. All dairy dates current.Garbage area observed free of loose litter.
