The following was observed at the time of inspection:Handsink checked stocked and functional.Both glasswashers checked good; high temperature machine verified at 185F on final rinse sanitization; low temperature chlorine glasswasher checked at 50-100ppm chlorine.Refrigeration with dairy product checked at <40F; dairy/juice date codes ok.Speed guns and cup holders checked clean.

Areas include main island; handsink area; and wall and base coving behind low temperature dishwasher.
