Observed santizer rinse at dishwasher "G" below 50ppm chlorine. Ecolab and Atlantis Engineering repaired the dishwasher on-site to achieve the required minimum 50ppm chlorine. Please ensure staff check all dishwashers daily for proper sanitization rinse.
