No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Weekly preventative pest control. Reviewed previous report (5/16). No activity noted. Several areas of cleaning/maintenance noted on report. Ensure that PCO recommendations on cleaning and maintenance are followed to help prevent rodent and insect attraction.- Ambient refrigeration temperatures at adequate levels with data loggers. Temeratures at time of inspection were 36F for the walk-in refrigerator and -2F for the walk-in freezer.- Continue to maintain the sanitary strip (spacing) between the products and the walls for ease of cleaning.
