OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- At the time of inspection it was observed that the operator was preparing and selling to the public speciaty coffies (espresso; frozen coffee); however there is inadequate facilities (utensil washing sink) to support this type of operation. The operator advised that currently they are washing utensils in the single compartment hand sink which is plumbed directly to the sanitary sewer system. It appears from previous inspections that this has been the operational protocol for many years. Advised owner/operator of plumbing and utensil washing sink requirements. Required the operator to wash and rinse out the sink prior to utensil washing activities and DO NOT store the wash bin or any clean utensils in this sink in order to prevent the potential for contamination by sewer backup. Continue to use disposable service cups to help minimize the amount of multi use kitchenware that would need to be washed.- Food products observed were within date and at regulation temperature (Reach-in cooler at 34F ambient).- No evidence of prohibited animals/pests observed.- All hand washing sinks were stocked and operational.- All cleaning supplies/chemicals were properly labeled and stored.
