140) Dishwasher not dispensing proper levels of sanitizer. Repair unit to dispense adequate amounts of sanitizer to ensure proper sanitization. Corrected on site - tested at 50 ppm Cl when repaired. Recommend testing daily to ensure unit is working properly. Facility is going to rerun glasses in unit. There is an outside contractor that services dishwasher units every Monday.

Chlorine test strips were not available; staff did not know where they were located or how to test if unit was working correctly. Need to train staff how to test machine to ensure it is working properly and glasses are properly sanitized.
