Ralph Puga's CFPM status has expired 3/27/12. Ralph must go to a16 hour Serv Safe Class w/in 60 days of today's date 5/23/12. Ralph is the CFPM for the Baldini's Warehouse. Once course is complete and exam passed and cerficate obtained with test score attached come to Health District and receive Washoe County Food Managers card. CFPM must be completed by 7/23/12. **List of approved instructors given out.
