General Notes: All freezers holding at -4F or below. Reach-in refrigerators holding @ 20F.Quat sanitizer level @ 200ppm. Test strips on site. All expiration dates on dairy products good. Recommend storing caramel in separate plastic container and not original steel can. Recommend replacing cutting board soon as surface has deep groves. Recommend labeling employee fridge as such. Recommend cleaning microwave more frequently.
