Noted hand sinks stocked and functional.Chlorine santizer in 3-compartment sink checked at 100 ppm concentration.Milk refrigerator at 37 F.Current dates noted on food products.Post hand washing signs at all hand sinks.One employee has CFPM certificate only and certificate expired in 2015. This facility no longer requires a CFPM due to risk category one assigned under new regulations; therefore CFPM certificate requirement does not apply.

**Ok to operate; ok to issue permitConstruction is okFacility will be doing coffee and espresso drinks; along with baked goods. Some handling; such as toasting of bagels will occur.Prior to opening; facility will do a complete clean and sanitize on surfaces and ice machine and provide soap and paper towels at hand sink.Facility will be a risk category 2. A minimum of one full time Washoe County Certified Food Manager will be required on staff at all times. Requirement is met. Informed operator that as other stores open and close; each facility will need one.
